In less than four minutes, the film looks at how the Data Security and Protection ToolkitThe Data Security and Protection Toolkit is an online self-assessment tool that allows health and social care organisations to provide assurance that they are undertaking good data security and that personal information is handled correctly. The T More helps you to check your data and cyber security policies, procedures and practices – and demonstrate that you have good systems in place.
“Animation is a great way to tell a story – so we’re delighted to share this new film,” says Michelle Corrigan, Programme Director for Better Security, Better Care. “We’re really keen to get the message out that the DSPT is a helpful, practical tool for all care providers. The new film explains the standards that you can reach on the Toolkit, and how this opens up access to shared information systems, and provides reassurance to people who draw on services, families, staff, funders and professional partners.
It also outlines the free support on how to use the Toolkit which is available from the Better Security, Better Care programme.
