Skills for Care Masterclass: Using LinkedIn to boost your recruitment and retention

The Health Foundation has announced a new £300,000 programme to support five projects to demonstrate how data analytics can be used to improve social care.
The COVID-19 pandemic revealed weaknesses in the social care data system. These new projects will help to improve understanding of the problems the sector is facing and the actions that need to be taken.
The projects are focused on specific problems that have been identified:
The results from the work, called Strengthening Social Care Analytics, will be shared with the social care community, national policy makers, membership organisations, providers and people who need social care.
Each project is led by a local or regional NHS or social care provider or commissioning organisation. They will run for up to 12 months with each team receiving up to £60,000 of funding to support the implementation, evaluation and dissemination of findings from their work.
