In this masterclass, we will be focussing on “What is a Data Protection Officer and Do I Need One?”. Data Protection Officers are a legal requirement under the UK GDPR for some care organisations. This masterclass will discuss whether you need to have someone in this role, what the role entails and what your data protection responsibilities are as a care provider.

In this session, we will be joined by care providers who have adopted digital records who will share their experiences.
